Welcome to Braid By Syntia – where beauty meets care and every client is treated like family. From your first step inside to the final touch on your braids, we’re here to make your experience feel special.
We kindly ask that you review our salon policies to help us keep everything running smoothly. Got questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

  • Appointments: You can book directly through our booking link or via text at (301) 357-5087. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
  • Walk-ins: No appointment? No problem. Walk-ins are always welcome at Braid By Syntia!
  • Payment Methods: Payment made easy! We gladly accept Credit Card, Cash, Zelle, and CashApp.
  • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to make any changes. We appreciate your consideration!
  • Late Arrivals: If you’re going to be late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 30 minutes after your appointment time may result in your slot being reopened or offered to another client. If we hold your appointment, we may need to shorten your service to accommodate other bookings. Thanks for understanding!
  • Corrections: You have a 48-hour window after your service to report any concerns. If needed, we’ll happily provide a redo or correction to ensure you leave feeling fabulous.
